  1. What will my shopping cart look like?
    866eTicket builds a Ticket Order Page that mirrors your site design. You simply add a link to your information page (or every page!) that says "Purchase Tickets Online Now" that will take your customers directly to the Order Page. When your customers arrive at the Order Page, they follow the easy, step-by-step instructions that walk them through the on-line selection and credit card payment process.

  2. What are our options for ticket delivery to the customer after the sale is made?
    With 866eTicket you have a myriad of options for getting your customers tickets to them. They can receive their pre-purchased tickets through the mail, pick them up at your "will call" window OR they can be made available for pick up at a local business location (a great way to drive traffic to an event sponsor!)

  3. Which ticket delivery method is the fastest, least expensive, and easiest?
    The boarding pass method. When the ticket buyer purchase a ticket on the 866eTicket system they will receive an email confirmation with all of their ticket purchase information AND instructions on how to use their email receipt to gain admission to your event. Your designated event administrator will also receive an email alert confirming the purchase with all the critical transaction information. Using the 866eTicket system your event administrator can print a “Will Call” envelope with the ticket buyers information and confirmation number printed on it. During your designated will call hours the ticket buyer can simply come to the ticket counter and redeem their confirmation email for the envelope containing their tickets. Just like a boarding pass for the airlines when you’ve purchased your tickets online!

  4. Can I sell reserved seating and other ticket types on the 866eTicket System?
    Reserved Seating? Box Seats? Different Flight Times for walk-through attractions? Multiple attractions in different locations? No problem. We work with thousands of events each year and have proven solutions for any ticketed event or attraction.   5. When do we get paid?
    Checks are written on every Wednesday. Your check will be written and mailed on the first Wednesday after your event.

  6. Do you have a bar code system?
    Yes, however this option should be fully explored before you invest an exorbitant amount of time on a solution that doesn’t meet your specific needs. We suggest you call one of our representatives to discuss your requirements.
